UAE: 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over AED 150; AED 15 flat rate below that.

GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout.

Payment: Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives — nothing is charged online.

All orders include SMS/email tracking from dispatch.

Unopened items in original packaging: returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or faulty on arrival: send a photo within 48 hours and we replace or refund in full — including shipping.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and used hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
